You are invited to the Annual Parish Council meeting, to be followed by an Ordinary meeting, on Monday 16th May 2022 at Harby Valley Christian Centre.
The Ordinary Meeting will start after the Annual Parish Council Meeting (approximately 7.20pm) but be postponed for 15 minutes should any member of the public, Borough/County Councillor or Police representative wish to discuss any matter with, or give a report to, the Parish Council.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Parish Meeting will be held in Long Clawson Village Hall (lounge) on Monday 21st March 2022.
The meeting will commence at 6:30pm.
All welcome.
Parishioners who are unable to attend are also invited to submit questions and/or comments in writing to the Clerk before the meeting, which will be responded to after the meeting. More »

The Annual Parish Meeting is an opportunity for parishioners on the Electoral Roll for the parish of Long Clawson, Hose and Harby to discuss any matters of interest or concern to them that relates to their local community. It would be helpful to have written notice of any matters to be raised but it is not essential. Matters can be raised at the meeting without prior notice. For any queries, please contact the Clerk to the Parish Council (Claire Buckle - clerk@chhparishcouncil.co.uk).
